  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while express shipping takes 5-7 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Generally, international orders arrive within 10-20 business days.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. Please contact our customer service team for more information on shipping restrictions.

  • Domestic Orders: Applicable sales tax will be charged based on the shipping address.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country for importation.

  • Failed Deliveries: If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
